Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping to the European Union We ship to all EU member states. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Western Europe (DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, BE, AT, IE, PT, LU): 7–15 business days
- Northern Europe (SE, DK, FI, NO): 10–18 business days
- Eastern & Southern Europe (PL, CZ, HU, RO, BG, HR, SK, SI, EE, LV, LT, GR, MT, CY): 12–20 business days
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $15: $5.00 flat rate
- Orders $15 and above: Free shipping
Customs & Import Duties Shipments to the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
