Yes, we provide standard shipping for orders above 15$. And we also provide express shipping with extra cost if you want to get the products very soon.

Mostly we receive customized orders, it will take about 3 workdays for the production and packing. Then it will take about 5-12 workdays for the standard shipping or 3-7 workdays for express shipping.

We currently only accept PayPal. It is a secure and convenient payment method. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still checkout with PayPal. You will be prompted to create a PayPal account during the checkout process.

You may cancel your order for any reason within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact us at hostecco@outlook.com. After 12 hours of your order, you can't cancel it. But please don’t worry if you don't like them, you can return for full refund.

In most cases, if the customers are willing to keep the product, we will offer a discount to them to save them the time and effort of packing and shipping the package back. If there is a serious quality issue with the product or the customer is extremely unhappy with it, we will offer free returns and a full refund.
