Shipping Policy
At HOSTECCO, we do our best to process orders promptly. Most orders are produced or prepared for shipment within 3 business days.
Standard Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer because of customs processing, carrier delays, remote destinations, severe weather, peak seasons, or other circumstances outside our control.
Standard Shipping Rates
Shipping availability and rates depend on the delivery country or region.
- United States, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Malaysia, India, and Thailand: Standard shipping costs US$5 for orders below US$15. Standard shipping is free for orders of US$15 or more.
- Australia and other supported destinations: Standard shipping costs US$5 per order.
The shipping options and charges shown at checkout for the selected delivery address are the final applicable rates. Expedited shipping is not currently offered.
Tracking and Customs
Tracking information will be provided when available. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or local fees required by the destination country, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
